Garner is an Atlanta and Nashville based theatrical storyteller working as a designer, director, and stage manager. Recent scenic design credits include Culled Water (2025) at Street Theatre Company, Shrek the Musical (2025) at Shine Theatre, Alice by Heart (2025) at Street Theatre Company, White Christmas (2024) at Capitol Players Pro. Directing credits include assistant director for White Christmas (2024) at Capitol Players Pro, directing apprentice for Our Town (2024) with Nashville Repertory Theatre, and assistant director for Big Fish (2023) at Lipscomb University.

Garner is currently working as the Deck Supervisor at The Santa Fe Opera.

Garner graduated from Lipscomb University with a B.F.A in Theatre Production & Design and a minor in directing.
